Cowchip fundraiser and western hoedown

It's a Wild West Thing

We are taking a break from luncheons in March, but you won't want to miss out on our Cow Chip Fundraiser and Western Hoedown


Come join in the fun as we see where Mabel the Cow will stake her claim. You can buy squares now for a chance to win a 65-inch TV donated by Billingsley Ford.

We will also be having a Western Hoedown while we wait for Mabel to find her special spot. There will be all kinds of fun activities such as a gaming den and charity jail along with a silent and live auction. 

When: March 25, 2023, from 5:00-10:00pm

Where: Historic Patriot Club

*You can purchase tickets for a meal through MWR in advance at the Patriot Club or at the door the day of the event. The cost is $12.00 per person.*


All proceeds raised will go towards our scholarship fund.

(Applications are due April 14; see above for link.)

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We will need lots of helping hands to make this event one that everyone can enjoy. The shifts are short so that you can still enjoy the party!
